Born and raised in Greenville, SC, Rushton developed a deep connection to real estate and property management from an early age by spending time alongside his mother, Becky Friddle, as she worked in the industry. A proud graduate of Hillcrest High School, Rushton also cultivated a passion for technology during his youth, teaching himself how to code websites, mobile applications, and video games.

This unique combination of interests led Rushton to pursue a degree in computer science at Clemson University, where he honed both technical skills and problem-solving abilities. Even while still in high school, he took on the responsibility of managing the websites for Friddle Real Estate and Friddle Property Management, leveraging technology to enhance the family business’s online presence and client experience.

After returning to Greenville, Rushton joined the family business, bringing a modern perspective to real estate sales and property management. Known for his tech-savvy approach and dedication to client satisfaction, Rushton is committed to helping clients find the perfect home or investment while ensuring smooth, professional management of rental properties.
