Becky Friddle, owner of Friddle Real Estate, has spent over 2000-03-01 years in the real estate industry as a buyer’s agent, real estate broker, and property manager. Throughout her career, Becky noticed that homeowners looking to sell their homes often end up spending a large portion of their sale proceeds on listing fees, marketing costs, closing costs, and various other expenses. As someone who worked full-time to put herself through college and spent much of her children’s youth as a single mother, Becky understands the value of every single penny. Motivated to help homeowners save money and get the most out of selling their homes, she set out to establish a flat-rate listing real estate company.
