Your home will be listed on all major real estate platforms including Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, and hundreds of other affiliated websites through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

Property Showings

There are three main types of property showings we offer:

1. Individual Showings

  • Friddle Real Estate can show your home directly to interested buyers.
  • Agents from other brokerages can also schedule showings at times convenient for you.
  • For maximum exposure, flexibility is key—requiring long notice for showings can reduce your home’s visibility and lead to missed opportunities.
  • We attach a secured lockbox on your front door to allow safe, flexible access for approved agents.

2. Video Call Showings

Showings via video call (e.g., FaceTime, Zoom) have grown in popularity, offering a convenient and safe way for buyers to view homes remotely. These are especially useful for out-of-town buyers or for providing quick previews before in-person tours.

3. Open Houses

While open houses only account for about 2% of actual home sales, they’re still a great way to get more eyes on your property and increase exposure. We typically schedule open houses on Saturdays and/or Sundays to accommodate weekend traffic.


Contract Negotiations & Transaction Management

We handle every step of the sales process—from offers and counteroffers to paperwork and contract negotiations. Our team also coordinates with inspectors, appraisers, contractors, and closing attorneys to make sure everything runs smoothly from listing to closing.
