I’m not your typical real estate broker. I had the privilege of learning from Gerald Glur of Gerald Glur Real Estate, who was my mentor for 17 years until his passing in 2014. Gerald’s 40+ years of experience and unconventional approach to real estate shaped how I serve my clients today. This foundation has allowed me to excel—helping families avoid foreclosure and providing buyers and sellers with expert guidance beyond what many agents offer.

Over my career, I’ve flipped more than 300 homes across upstate South Carolina, enjoying the process of transforming properties through repairs and remodeling. Early on, I focused on short sales, helping homeowners avoid foreclosure and protect their credit—a long, challenging process, but incredibly rewarding. My dedication earned me the “Short Sale Superstar” title.

I’m also an REO broker, working with banks to prepare foreclosed properties for sale by overseeing necessary repairs and managing the process professionally.

Relocating? I know moving can be stressful. Whether you’re moving across town or across the globe to places like Japan, I strive to make your transition as smooth as possible.
